If you are unhappy with your box delivery for a legitimate reason we will offer you an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not as you had expected. These reasons include: box was damaged, items were missing, the box didn’t arrive. 

We warrant to you that any product purchased from our site will on delivery conform with the description on the site and be of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for purpose for which  products of that kind are commonly supplied.
